Connection
Our terminals can use your internet connection (with a fixed/static IP address) or a landline. Where there is no landline or internet available we can provide a terminal using GPRS technology (i.e. has SIM card using Vodafone or Digicel mobile network). The preferred option is internet given lower communication costs as well as being faster and reliable, but that all depends on your needs.
(NB: both Digicel and Vodafone will provide a fixed/static IP address for VU 1,000 per month in addition to your normal internet charge).

E-COMMERCE PAYMENT GATEWAY
This facility allows you to accept payments on your website from using BRED cards as well as Visa and Mastercard.
Payment can be accepted in VUV, USD, AUD, EUR and NZD into your accounts here at BRED Bank (not offshore!). We recommend you link the currency of payment to the same account currency, for example VUV payments to a VUV account and AUD payments to an AUD call account.
Payments are cleared in 3-4 working days and we have a specific screen which allows you to log on and see real time status of all payments.
